Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, maintaining servers and networks, ensuring system security, and providing technical support for smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain company computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Perform daily system monitoring to ensure integrity, availability, and performance of hardware and servers.
• Manage network security through proper firewall, VPN, and access control configurations.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems and business data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for employees.
• Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches and software upgrades.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software improvements for better efficiency and performance.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access management systems.
• Prepare and update documentation for system configurations, procedures, and IT policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management.
• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to be available for critical system issues outside regular business hours when required.
