Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the project to run smoothly and that the deadlines are met.
- Ensure that client quality requirements are met by being in sync with the leads and supervisors.
- Ensure proper reporting of APMs and production coordinators and lead the team towards achieving client requirements.
- Ensure project completion in the planned budget.
- Be majorly responsible for the overall schedule on the project and ensure the following:
- To have required number of resources in place
- Right skill of resources based on project complexity
- Set clear objective from each of the departments and monitor the work regularly
- Check the reports shared by Production Coordinators and Associate Project Managers
- Foresee potential risks on the project and highlight the same to the right people
- Stay in touch with the clients to keep them posted on the progress of the project and discuss their requirements on a regular basis
